Deliveries and Returns

Delivery & Postage & Packaging

For pre-designed items allow approximately 1 week for your order to be made and despatched, longer for Original Pieces and Pet Portraits. (Contact Us to check how long this will be as there is a waiting list) It will then be delivered via Royal Mail.  For extra's / speciality designs, allow more time for your items to be despatched.  Orders sent outside of mainland UK will take longer to arrive, depending on the country it is being delivered to.

Delivery charges are shown in your cart, based on the weight of the items you order.

Recorded delivery is available in the UK only at present. If you choose this option, the postage cost will be shown once you visit the checkout.

Items are delivered via Royal Mail. (Or Parcel Force for larger parcels) For extra's / speciality designs, allow more time for your items to be despatched. Orders sent outside of mainland UK will take longer to arrive, depending on the country it is being delivered to.

We make an effort to package items carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Cards are protected in cello bags.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Please take care when placing an order. Refunds / Exchanges can only be given if there is a mistake / fault on our part or your order does not meet your order specifications. We aim to deliver a quality service, however if your item is faulty, contact us and we will try and resolve this as soon as possible.  

If you need to return your item(s) please contact us within 14 days of receipt and ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if there's a problem with your order.

Digital downloads
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
